Due to a busy week, I haven’t updated my training. Nothing too out of the ordinary this past week, just full body every other day, running on the in between days.
The next week will be a quasi-deloading phase, in which I will drop the intensity down a notch or two, ease up on the diet a tad. For the past 2 months, I have supplemented with BCAA’s, cod liver oil (liquid form), and creatine. I will be dropping the creatine while I deload.
