Total calories were underwhelming (2931.) Busy day from beginning to end. I was able to get my protein up slightly to 137 g. Early morning weigh-in was 142.5.

Hanging Knee-ups BWx24—-on the subject of hanging knee-ups, for my purposes, this movement is more of a forearm exercise than an ab exercise. It also delivers an excellent stretch in the upper body to finish things off.
