Early morning body weight was back down from 142 to 141.5 even after yesterday’s 211 g of protein and 3567 total calories.
If I had to estimate, I probably am walking on average five-six miles per shift at my day job (this might be a conservative estimate to be honest) and at a good pace.
Energy is excellent, but I am going to have to keep pushing those calories upward. My original plan was to complete the week with a couple low-calorie days, but based upon the scale, I had to go back to the woodshed. I’ll be entering another cycle of high calories starting tomorrow, probably for six days and then I’m thinking four days of moderately low calories (to burn in the details.)
Today, was light legs and pull-ups to finish out this phase.
Squats 45×10 95×5 145×8,8,8
Wide-Grip Pull-ups BWx10 BW+12×3 BW+33×8,8,8
Leg Curl/Calf Raise Superset
Leg Curl 52.5×8,8,8 Calf Raise 33×20,20,20
And then another several miles racked up of fast-paced walking.
Tomorrow will be an upper body push.
