Early morning wake up and was training within 30 minutes, fasted except for 2 BCAA capsules.
I ingested 3434 calories and 128 g of protein the previous day, and weighed in at 141. I always weigh myself in the morning upon rising to get the most consistent gauge I can. As I mentioned the goal for the first portion of this period is to drive my scale weight upward. That goal hasn’t gone too well thus far, but this is all data that I will adjust with. I’m thinking that to accomplish this goal, I will need to ingest right around 3800-4000 calories each day.
Along with the following workout, I walked several miles at a good pace at my day job. Here was the training session rep for rep:
Military Press 45×10, 65×10, 70×10,10,10 (full lockouts, nice slow reps accentuating the negative portion of the movement this is now the status quo.)
