Out of all of Ben Franklin’s 13 Virtues resolution may very well be one of, if not the most important to implement into our health & fitness.
Resolving combines all three components of mind, body & spirit.
When we start out in this lifestyle, be it young or old, to simply improve our health, or with aspirations of competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting etc, it all begins with our mind.
Every person that has ever step foot in a gym, lifted a weight, or began a running regimen has on some level resolved to better themselves in some form or capacity.
Where some fall short is not having a clear outcome in what they want to achieve.
I know I have sure been there.
Making a clear determination or resolution before we take action will dramatically streamline and put into focus the path onto which we should undertake.
