So, I was at a crossroads.
My weight was at an all time high, strength was great too, but the mirror did not lie.
I was fat.
Strong as a motherfucker, but fat.
I lost my way.
My approach was big everything.
Reality came crashing very hard into my world.
Strength was/is always a focus. Everyone wants to be strong in some capacity or in a relative sense, but my principal and dominant goal was/is aesthetics.
Wide, 3-D shoulders, huge arms/forearms, an armor-like chest, a developed, defined back and lats, that led to a tight, chiseled core and athletic, defined legs and calves. A classic V-taper in the vein of Michelangelo’s “David.”
I listened to the advice of the magazines. (my biggest mistake) the silly programming from magazines are intended for those that are more medicated than Keith Richards in the 70’s in relative terms of steroid abuse.
This is when the proverbial light bulb exploded above my head.
If you are doing things the right way, the natural way, you absolutely have to take a more intelligent approach.
Those that choose to go the way of drugs, TRT, Pharma-bodybuilding are going to get their little pink posing-trunks in a bunch, but that route is absolutely taking the easy path. It is cheating and most likely going to take many quality years off your life. An early grave, and for what I ask?
I am flummoxed why anyone would go this route instead of doing things naturally.
I guess the easy way is attractive to the weak spirited.
With natural/intelligent programming, diet & nutrition, you can feel like you are 20 years old—even in your later years.
Come at me after your daily injections and pills!
This past weekend’s Mr. O was disgusting!
That is not how a classic masculine physique should be represented.
More to come……..
