Started off with some BCAA’s & Black coffee and then right to fasted training. I decided another full body, light session would be best as I ease into this rebuild. The load has been light enough and the intensity low enough that I haven’t had any soreness whatsoever even after a long layoff.
My body weight has actually dipped down a little still(a modern low at 139), but should start to rebound this week. Here was yesterday’s session:

Behind Neck Press 45×8,8,8
Triceps ext. 20×8,8,8
C. raises BWx8,8,8
I walked several miles at work as well.
