No training today, just a good bit of walking at work. Feeling quite a bit better since even yesterday. This approach of lowering the frequency feels a bit odd to me as I have been used to daily training prior to getting sick.
I used BCAA’s (2 caps), a couple ounces of apple cider vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of cod liver oil as supplementation.
The plan is to utilize Kaizen and make the tiniest of improvements each day.
