After my bout with the flu, I finally felt good enough to do a very light training session.
When I say light, I am saying ridiculously light. My thought is to really take the scenic route on this rebuild, train mostly every other day on mostly full body compound movements, track nutrition to promote lean mass and add “tools” such as cardio and supplementation as needed.
Here was the session and some thoughts:
Squat 45×5 65×5 95×5,5,5
Barbell Curl 45×8,8,8
Like I said extremely light, just a go through the motion session. My appetite has been extremely low, but improving. Here was my nutrition and supplementation:

I did my training fasted with black coffee and 2 caps of BCAA’s.
It’s a start.
