The best way to achieve any goal or result is to begin by first deciding exactly you want to achieve in specific terms, and then deconstruct systematically by working your way backwards from this important end result all the way to where you are today in this exact moment in time.
With that strategy, we will be laying the footwork and foundation to first create an inspiring mindset of positive productivity in terms of your daily physical habits with an emphasis on your overall health, along the way deliver increased real-world functional strength and athleticism and also develop the physical and visual presence of a strong, healthy individual that is ready for any challenge that he or she encounters.
For the last several years, my paramount focus has been experimenting specifically with training templates that will develop strength in movements that are applicable in daily life and also will deliver a classic, athletic, and visually-pleasing natural muscular body. Another equally important target has been in “cracking the code” in terms of what makes someone decide to finally and permanently instill positive habits regarding their health, vitality, and longevity. That is exactly what we will focus on in this first Q.F.A.T. Level 1 course.
