The Farmers Walk
The Farmers Walk is not just any exercise.
It is an outright battle from start to finish.
Some exercises you can maintain strength throughout each set you perform, possibly even getting stronger as you go along, but not Farmers Walks.
Upon your first descent it becomes a war of attrition.
You and your grip versus gravity and gravity will win out.
