The journey to natural aesthetics is a path of hard work on basic compound exercises with infusion of some tricks & techniques to give you that “icing on the cake.”
Oftentimes after finishing my work on the basics that provide the majority of muscle-building stimulation I like to finish off the workout with a “finisher.”
A “finisher” in the Ageless Shred philosophy involves a movement or movements that truly push the limits not only in a physical sense, but also will be a test to the mind and spirit as well.
These “finishers” can be of any movement of your choice, but this is an occasion where I actually prefer isolated movements and sub-maximal loads to fully test my capabilities.

Triceps ext 8 reps
All done in non-stop tri-set fashion for an exquisite burn and incredible pump to the muscles targeted.
This triad of a finisher will help accomplish total stimulation of all and any remaining dormant muscle fibers that the heavy compound work possibly missed.
