After six straight days in the gym, I decided on taking a day away and doing a 2 mile run. Kind of a cool crisp morning, but I didn’t need the winter gear on.

Nutrition: High calorie refeed day. I had some errands to run, so my first meal was a protein shake, next up was a couple baked cod sandwiches, then my final meal was a pizza with black olives and a good bit of Merlot.
