Your diet is a math problem.
I was never very good at advanced mathematics, geometric, or trigonometry concepts in high school or beyond.
I think I may of topped out at pre-algrebra in 1987 (haven’t used any of what I learned that year since.)—30+ years later.
But, basic math, the fundamentals of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and statistics have played a major role and influence in my dietary and also my training approach and theories.
I’ve become a numbers junkie and see how they aid in real world progression.
Admittedly, I’m always learning, always experimenting, always open to new concepts. I keep one eye to the process and one ear to the moment, always with an open mind.
This is my passion.
