Started an experiment with the diet yesterday in which I have increased my protein level by about 50g, but still with the IIFYM concepts for the rest.
Morning BW was 146.5, waist was 29.75. The ongoing battle with this right elbow is very strange as it ranges from barely noticeable to thumping, depending upon circumstance.
Dumbbell Swing (warm-up) 12×20
Deadlifts 140×5, 165×5, 185×10
Farmers Walks (trap bar) 134x120ft. (this was just a trial to see if I could pull it off in my tiny basement. Trap bars take up at lot of room, especially when they are mobile.)
