A Change Of Direction.
For the better part of three years, my primary focus was researching, experimenting and implementing very high frequency programing. This was my direction.
I had some great breakthroughs, some “light bulb” moments (often at 6:00 a.m.) and some setbacks and challenges.
A short while ago, I hit my stride and was on the cusp of delivering the fruits of my labor, the information that I’m very proud to say in my opinion will be an excellent alternative training system for natural trainees.
If I had to place a percentage on actual completion, I’m probably eighty-five to ninety percent there.
Recently, I received an opportunity that will require a slight change of direction and the lion share of my focus. This path will have me fixated more so on personal aesthetics and imagery. I’m not abandoning the programming I was working on, just placing it on the back-burner for a while.—Actually, the strength work of the last three years and the aesthetic work are in a lot of ways in accordance and not mutually exclusive (for natural athletes.)
I will be documenting my new direction with a frequent and detailed journal.
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own, and you know what you know. And you are the guy who’ll decide where to go.”
