Morning BW was 145.5. I decided today was going to be a higher calorie/refeed day. Before training, I kept it on the light side with a protein shake, cod liver oil, and a piece of peanut butter/multi grain bread.

Off to work for the startup/set-up, I had 2 baked cod sandwiches of Ezekiel bread, Later in the day, I had about 5 ounces of grilled chicken and marinara, then I had to pick up my son very late about an hour away, so I finished off the day with some pizza.
