Another day of focus on healing.
I had to be at work early to stock the inventory—- amazing that a 25# sack of flour, or a 30# box of cheese can challenge/humble you when you are not operating at full capacity. 😀
Through diet, I have been able to keep my body composition basically where it was a week ago, the scale is down slightly, and I’m looking a little flat.
One thing that is of note, I’m feeling pretty weak overall.
Mid-day, I feel like I could take a nap. I’m convinced that I’m so used to tension work (training with weights) that my body is actually reacting.
Possibly the chemical changes (endorphins) that weight training produces is causing an adverse reaction, sort of like if you would drop caffeine, or quit nicotine suddenly.
Anyway, nutrition is still at maintenance.
