This is also true of health & fitness. Small, seemingly insignificant actions positive or negative in immediate context do not appear to have any consequence.
But, when these trivialities stack and build in the ensuing days, weeks, months & years, excellence is compoundly achieved.
The simple act of a few daily push-ups or squats, or cutting out just one cigarette, or cutting down 100 calories TODAY, will build a freight train of momentum for TOMORROW.
Just simply add an extra push-up, squat, or cut out 1.5 cigarettes, or 110 calories TOMORROW.
For real lasting change, start small, unbelievably small. —and maybe break it down even further.
