Every night I treat myself to 30 minutes of guitar practicing/playing, mostly playing, as a way to unwind from the days events. This is often fairly late into the evening when everything else is said and done.
Playing is sort of a meditation to me, where time seems to stop, or become nonexistent. Strength training is a very similar vibe.
Squats: 45×10, 95×5, 115×5, 135×3, 160 for 20 singles.
Nutrition: Calories 2,786 Carbs 229 Fat 83 Protein 152
Notes: Short on time, so it was just the APEX movement today. Squats once again performed by doing a rep, racking, taking a breath or two, another rep etc. What I’m finding is that my form is the purest it has ever been, and these squats are literally the deepest I have ever been able to conjure.
