Initially. I was going to call it a rest day, but was able to sneak in a late day run.
That little annoying voice in my head was telling me it had been over a week since I laced up the shoes.
Running: 2 miles, just slightly over 15 minutes. Cold, sort of a mix of steady rain/sleet, kind of miserable to be out there. I didn’t see a soul on the track.
I didn’t use the stopwatch, but I did start right when the clock read 16:10, and finished just as it turned 16:25.

Being that tomorrow is full tilt, I’ll probably take a rare day out of the gym. I need to make some adjustments in programming and tie up some other loose ends too.
Guitar: Something that I haven’t talked about too much is that I picked up the guitar again after a very long layoff. I played in bands in high school with friends, but haven’t really spent any time playing until recently. I practice about 30 minutes each night before bed (this has been a habit I started maybe 2-3 months ago, but I have been consistent and I find it a great way to unwind.
