Another busy day on tap, but yet another 35 minute block to train.
Training: Warm-up with a couple sets of light dumbbell swings.
Deadlifts (trap bar): 139×20, 159×15,15, 184×10, 194×5,199×5
Notes: Just six sets today, but actually 70 total reps of deadlifts. I was in and out pretty rapidly.
Nutrition: High calorie day. Highlights included pizza, and a few cookies from a local bakery that I get my sub buns from.
