Training: Warm-up of light, but a bit heavier dumbbell swings for a couple sets.

I haven’t had a refeed for some time, and thought about making Thanksgiving the day, but decided to forgo, and save my calories for another day, possibly over the weekend. I’m not a huge fan of the traditional Thanksgiving menu.
