There are a two days throughout the year that you can count on as being the pizza business equivalent to the “Super Bowl.”
One is Halloween, the other, the evening before Thanksgiving. So, I know going in it’s going to be a barn-burner at the very least.
That said, I had less then 45 minutes to train, so it was going to be the big APEX movement exclusively (dips.)
Training: Warm-up with a couple sets of light dumbbell swings.
Dips: BW+40×15,15, BW+70×10, BW+80×7, BW+95×5,5, BW+103×3, BW+114×2,2, BW+124×1,1
Notes: Everything felt smooth. I was probably a little conservative with the load during the tensile work, probably could of bumped it up a little, but as the overused cliche states, “This is a marathon, not a sprint.”
