After some time experimenting with this training template, I have seemed to develop somewhat of a routine.
The past few Sundays have each been the end of a six day stretch of weight training, but instead of just taking a pure rest day, I decided on doing some road work.
It’s been kind of strange only running once per week lately, as I was hitting as many as five/six sessions/per over the summer. I can never fully refrain, as I know the benefits are outstanding.
Running: 2 miles (15:04) chilly conditions, some wind.
