Deadlift day. Not a whole lot of time to train, but enough to get in there and try to move the bar forward.
I had about 35 minutes, but that is more than enough (especially when training with a big compound like deadlifts.)
Body weight was down a bit at 144.5
Warm-up with couple sets of light dumbbell swings.
