Another loaded day, but I did have time for a 2 miler in the morning.

Not a great session. I was fighting a strong wind both to and fro, and my shoelace became untied around the 1/2 mile mark.
Nutrition: I decided on a refeed after the fasted running of MuscleMilk, two baked cod sandwiches, on Ezekiel bread, with provolone, and then 6 pieces of plain pizza, and a pint of Ben & Jerry’s.
