I’m seeing some nice early returns from my diet/nutrition experimentation. This morning the scale read 144.5, waist was 29 3/8.
Interestingly, I came across a calculator that after all personal, real time inputs, claimed that the very best I could do at 5% (I would never want to go there) is 155#. It also said that my ideal weight would range somewhere between 143-147.
I’m thinking I could probably add a couple pounds of muscle as a true natural, even at 48.5 years old, but it will take some time. I have no interest in conventional bulking.
