I’ve been keeping these workouts concise somewhat due to my schedule, but also because they are a battle. This style of training, while some might find monotonous, is turning out to be the most effective strength work I have ever employed. I’m going to keep pushing forward with it.
Training: w/u with a few dumbbell swings.
Dips: BWx10, BW+50×5, BW+100×5, Then BW+122 For 20 singles.
Incline Bench: 45×10, 95×5, 115×3, Then 137 For 20 Singles.
Nutrition: Calories 2653 Carbs 222 Fat 80 Protein: 154
