Third set into squats, I decided to put a belt on. I think I may be using one going forward.
I’m still feeling some elbow soreness, but it isn’t debilitating.
I also decided to forgo the lying triceps extensions, and replace them with a little more volume of weighted dips.
I do like this set-up, with a linear progression, but I may experiment a little with the volume and rep schemes as I approach more moderate weight.
