Body weight has been fairly stagnant, with this morning being 145.5. Throughout the week based upon factors, I’m usually between 143.5 (rare, but when I look my current best) and 147.
I take my waist measurement just above the navel these days and it has been ranging 29 7/8″- 29 even. I haven’t been measuring everyday, just randomly in the mornings.

Then to the track.
Running 2 miles (15:07) very hot humid. I was drenched in sweat.
