Much on the agenda today, but I had just enough time to get a training session in.
I am seeing definition in the mid-section I haven’t seen since probably 2011-12. I can’t really put my finger on it, since my weight training sessions have been less than spectacular.
Possibly, it is the consistent road work (and of course diet.)
Looking back, I don’t think I have ever ran this much in my entire life. —-which isn’t really even a lot by standards.
For me, a 2 mile run is about perfect. In fact, I don’t think I have ever ran more than 3 miles at one time, and that was probably one time.
Squats 45×5, 65×5, 100×5,5,5,5,5
Deadlift (trap bar) 120×5
EZ Curls 25×8,8
Still using very light weight, yet increasing as the weeks go on. I’m in no hurry.
