Early wake up, did a little planning and paper work, then hit the basement for some training.
Years ago, I had this idea about approaching training as similar to building a structure/building. I’ve been applying some of these concepts, along with some insights from some of the old training manuscripts I have been researching.
Calf Raises BWx 15,15,15 (5 second hold at the top of the movement)
Squat Cleans: 45# bar for many, many reps. Just trying to hone down this movement with impeccable technique.
Squat 105×5, 120×5, 140×10
Rack Pulls 135×5, 223×5,5
Farmers Walks (EZ bar, BTB reverse shrug grip) 135×200 ft.
Off to work for inventory/maintenance then;
Running 2 miles (15:00) hot & humid.
