This morning I decided to test “My Big 3.” I was going to wait until tomorrow, using today as a complete rest day (I haven’t had one for weeks) but, I figured in the spirit of experimentation, and looking for honest, real world results, the accumulated fatigue would be a truer factor, along with some minor ailments (a strain here, a strain there) developed along the way.
