On tap today was “My Big 3,” squats, dips, & chin-ups, but for this session, I dropped back the intensity, limited the volume, basically just wanted to get some work in. I plan on doing a “test day” of these movements either Friday or Saturday and then evaluate where I am in terms of strength, physique, & how I’m feeling overall.

Somewhere along the way today, most likely with the squats or run, I developed a minor strain in the upper right glute. I’ll see how it’s feeling tomorrow. No weights planned. Body weight & waist measurement are both holding strong.
