In a bizarre twist of events, I had 3 of my coolers go down at the restaurant. So, along with the standard “Tuesday inventory/order day,” I also had to meet up with a repairman, so this training session was going to have to be brisk.
I woke to 145.5, and my waist is down to 29.75 this morning.
Looking back historically, this body weight is pretty close to my goal or ideal of a combination of performance, vitality, & aesthetics. I’ll be tweaking a little in the coming weeks to dial it in.
